Muscles & Bones

Neck PainRecently, I developed a pain that ran down one side of my neck to my shoulder blades. The pain developed while I was visiting my parents’ house, so I attributed the pain to the long plane ride or sleeping in a different bed. Once I returned home, I figured the pain would subside.

It’s been more than a month since I returned home, and I still have this neck pain. Interestingly, the only thing that makes my neck feel better is to go to the gym and run on the treadmill. I’ve read that running loosens my muscles. The only problem is that I can’t run all the time, and the pain eventually returns after my trips to the gym. I’d love to hear how others deal with their neck pain.

Should I see a chiropractor? I’m scared that adjusting my spine could make the pain worse.

I was skeptical about chiropractic care also until I injured my back in a freak bachelor party incident. It really can make a difference!
